Question: When you register a domain for me, who owns it?
Answer: You do! While many of our customers prefer us to manage their domain for them, we always register it in your name, so you legally own it.

Question: I want to register/manage my domain on my own, can I still host with you?
Answer: Absolutely! Just remember to keep it renewed. If we manage your domain for you, we'll always keep it up-to-date, if you're doing it yourself, and you let it expire, you could risk losing your domain completely.

Question: Why should I pay you xxx when I can get it cheaper at Company XYZ?
Answer: As with all things in life, you usually get what you pay for. While our prices might not be the absolute cheapest out there, they're definitely in the realm of competitive. It is impossible for us to compete with the low-cost, self-service providers running in countries like India and China. Unlike a lot of companies out there, we enjoy talking to you, our clients.
